As an essential addition to a range of roofing applications, this Corotherm 25mm thick Roof Sheet is made from durable yet lightweight polycarbonate material with a Heatguard Opal finish. Ordering this sheet is effortless with the cut-to-size polycarbonate sheet tool, conveniently accessible when you choose the 'Buy Now' option.
Designed to withstand even the harshest elements, this roofing sheet possesses remarkable strength, capable of handling a substantial 0.6kN/m² load from wind or snow, ensuring robustness. Its innovative design incorporates a 20m edge engagement that seamlessly integrates with the proprietary Corotherm glazing bar system for a reliable and secure fit.
Installing this sheet is a quick and straightforward process. You can securely affix it at the top using either the glazing system or wall flashing. For further stability, a single fixing button near the bottom edge provides a firm hold. The sheet's flutes extend along its entire length. During installation, it is crucial to align the flutes with the pitch or slope of your roof to optimise its performance.
To maintain the sheet's structural integrity during severe weather conditions, it is recommended to have a maximum span of 1250mm between glazing bars. This helps to prevent the sheet from dislodging during strong winds or heavy snowfall. When joining multiple sheets, always utilise a glazing bar spanning the whole length of the roof slope or pitch for a dependable roofing solution.

Question:
What is difference between heatguard and standard sheet
Answer:
The primary difference between a Heatguard sheet and a standard polycarbonate sheet lies in the Heatguard's unique coating. This coating is designed to reflect solar radiation, helping to reduce the build-up of heat underneath the sheet. This can be especially beneficial in conservatories or other areas where temperature control is important. On the other hand, standard polycarbonate sheets do not have this coating and therefore do not offer the same level of heat protection, although they still offer excellent light transmission and durability.
