This rectangular Em-Dome rooflight with 1000mm x 1500mm dimensions is made from a double glazed thermoformed polycarbonate dome with a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a clear finish combined with a white uPVC curb.
This high quality Em-Dome rooflight has been designed to make optimum use of natural light while the polycarbonate material is practically unbreakable with an impact resistance up to 250 times stronger than glass.
Once installed, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be detached with the use of basic tools thanks to the unique to Em-Dome and patented high security screwbolts that are provided factory fitted. These screwbolts ensure outstanding resilience to tampering or forced entry while within the body of the screwbolt, the fixing screw or bolt is sleeved to stop a build-up of pressure on the rooflight glazing as the fixing is secured. This effectively eliminates the potential for stress fractures caused by over-tightening.
