This square Em-Dome rooflight with 1100mm x 1100mm dimensions coordinates a white uPVC curb and a double glazed dome, made from thermoformed polycarbonate sheet, with a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a clear surface that makes the most of using natural light.
With essentially indestructible polycarbonate material, this Em-Dome rooflight has an impact strength up to 250 times tougher than glass. Including patented and exclusive to Em-Dome, high security screwbolts that are provided factory fitted as standard, this Em-Dome rooflight cannot be uninstalled, once fitted, by means of common tools. With an incredible resistance to forced entry or tampering, within these screwbolt fixings' body, the bolts or screws are sleeved to ensure prevention of a build-up of pressure on the rooflight glazing as the fixings are fastened. This virtually removes the potential for stress fractures triggered by over-tightening.
