Fabricated to make optimal use of natural light, this 1200mm x 1500mm Em-Dome rooflight is manufactured from a double glazed, thermoformed polycarbonate dome with a clear finish and a minimum of 3mm thick glazing and a white uPVC curb. With up to 250 times greater impact strength than glass, this polycarbonate rooflight is practically unbreakable.
Providing a high level of resistance to forced entry or tampering, this Em-Dome rooflight comes with unique and patented high security screwbolts that are factory fitted as standard to ensure that the installation cannot be removed with the use of basic tools once fitted. With sleeved fixing screws or bolts within the body of the screwbolt, this Em-Dome rooflight prevents a build-up of pressure on the glazing as the fixings are fastened which inhibits the potential for stress fractures caused by over-tightening.
