With a white uPVC curb and a double glazed dome thermoformed from polycarbonate sheet, this quality clear Em-Dome rooflight has been created to make optimum use of natural light with maximum light transmission. The polycarbonate material of this rooflight is almost indestructible with up to 250 times stronger impact resistance than glass.
Including patented high security screwbolts that are unique to Em-Dome, these fixings are supplied factory fitted as standard while once installed, they cannot be detached using basic tools. They also provide a high level of resilience against forced entry or tampering. With sleeved fixing bolts or screws within the screwbolt's body, this rooflight avoids pressure from exerting on the glazing as the fixing is secured. This essentially eliminates the potential for stress fractures instigated by over-tightening.
