This square 700mm x 700mm Em-Dome rooflight includes a quality thermoformed polycarbonate dome with a clear surface and triple glazing as well as a white uPVC curb and has been made to make optimum use of natural sunlight. The hard-wearing polycarbonate structure, with a minimum of 3mm thick glazing, has up to 250 times stronger impact resistance compared to glass, making it practically indestructible.
This Em-Dome rooflight ensures a high level of resistance to tampering and forced entry, thanks to the high-security screwbolts that are factory-fitted as standard and unique and patented to Em-Dome. Once attached, this rooflight cannot be detached by means of basic tools. The fixing is sleeved within the screwbolt's body to help stop pressure from exerting onto the glazing as it is tightened. This practically removes the potential for over-tightening which causes stress fractures.
