Including a white uPVC curb and a quality thermoformed polycarbonate dome with triple glazing and a clear surface, this square 750mm x 750mm Em-Dome rooflight has been made to take full advantage of using natural sunlight. With a minimum of 3mm thick glazing, the robust polycarbonate material is nearly indestructible with up to 250 times stronger resistance to impact compared to glass.
Delivering a high level of resistance to forced entry and tampering, this Em-Dome rooflight features, factory-fitted as standard, high-security screwbolts that are patented and unique to Em-Dome. This rooflight cannot be dismantled, once secured, with the use of basic tools. Within the body of the screwbolt, the sleeved fixing prevents pressure from building up on the glazing as it is fastened. This helps to practically eliminate the risk of over-tightening which instigates stress fractures.
