Insulated loft ladders LTK Thermo are folding ladders made of highest quality pine wood.
They differ from LWK Komfort loft ladders in the box height which is 22cm and in thermo-insulated hatch door thickness which is 6.6cm.
They can be used in buildings where there is a big temperature difference between the habitable and non-habitable area. They create a thermo-insulating barrier and prevent heat loss into the loft.
The red-painted metal handrail is mounted on the ladder’s angle brackets, which makes climbing the ladder easier.

The Fakro LTK Thermo loft ladder is NOT fire‑rated.
FAKRO’s fire‑rated model is the LWF 60, which has a 60‑minute fire rating, but the LTK Thermo does not carry any fire resistance certification.
For the 70 cm × 100 cm LTK model, FAKRO’s technical specification lists the required ceiling opening (structural opening) as:
