Question:
Currently felting a roof dorma. The building is over 100 years old, I am sure it has never been repaired since it was built. I am looking for something to push up behind the bottom tiles that could be bonded to the new felt. It needs to be about 120deg. Will the above bend and stay bent with heat and adhesive?
Answer:
The Fibreglass Internal Angle is a flexible product designed to fit into corners and crevices. However, it is primarily designed for a 90-degree angle, and while it has some flexibility, it may not comfortably or securely fit a 120-degree angle. Furthermore, even with heat and adhesive, it's not guaranteed to hold a shape other than its original form. It's always recommended to use products as they are designed to ensure the longevity of your building project. For your specific needs, I would suggest contacting our customer service team who might be able to guide you towards a product that is designed for a 120-degree angle, or provide further advice on how to best proceed with your current project.
