This new contact adhesive is formulated for spray application only. Its
solvents, viscosity and high solid content result in improved coverage
rates, easy and quick installation and reduced drying times.
The
Bonding Adhesive BA-2012 S is available in 17 liter pressurized
canisters and 750 ml aerosols. A spraying kit has been designed for use
with the canister in combination with a cleaner for maintenance.
Coverage : 3m2 to 3.3m2 per 750ml aerosol.

It should do but you would need to key/scuff the fibreglass first to help it bond. This is mainly for adhering EPDM membrane rather than solid rubber.

No, if you need to do a patch repair then best to use a self adhseive section of Form flash but you need to prime the area you are fixing it onto first.
