For immediate waterproofing, this Roofix 20/10 Waterproofing Roof Repair Compound from FLAG Paints is an all-weather product. You can use it for fixing specific roof areas that leak, as well as a pre-emptive measure for a fully waterproof roof.
Without the need for special primers, Roofix 20/10 offers outstanding adhesion to almost all roofing materials and is designed to provide long-lasting protection in excess of 10 years.

This would likely not really bond to the Acrypol so probably better doing another coat of Acrypol if it needed suring up.
