Easy to install in new build and refurbishment projects, this 450mm Universal Rafter Roll Ventilator from Glidevale is compatible with FV Fascia Ventilators and SV Soffit Ventilators and works to effectively create an air path amongst the roof underlay and insulation.
This roll ventilator works for all kinds of eaves and can be laid across the rafters before fixing the underlay. It delivers a maximum of 25000mm² dependent on eaves ventilation inlet provision. The product is also universal, meaning you can seamlessly adjust it to suit 400 - 600mm rafter centres.
The ventilation works under Building Regulations Approved Document C2. They are best installed constantly with FV Fascia Ventilators or SV Soffit Ventilators for a constant ventilation path stretching between the roof void to the outside that doesn't hinder the weatherproof structure, as necessary for BS 5250.
