Providing a practical solution for floor insulation, this Jabfloor 100 insulation is suitable for both commercial and domestic buildings. It is particularly ideal for commercial floors that are subject to high loads. Pack contains 24 boards.
These Jabfloor 100 insulation boards are simple to install and can be placed above a pre-cast concrete floor or concrete slab during ground-floor construction. To meet relevant uValue requirements, you can apply a chipboard wearing layer over them. Not only are they durable and rot-resistant but they are also flood-proof, delivering a long-lasting solution for your building.
Made from lightweight expanded polystyrene (EPS), this Jabfloor insulation is easy to handle on site and can be used in a variety of subfloor constructions, such as below ground supported slab, chipboard, screed and suspended timber or concrete floors.
For solid ground floors, fire resistance is not necessary. When installed correctly, this EPS Jabfloor insulation will be completely protected by the chipboard and will not affect the fire performance of your floor.
