Easy to install without mortar and specialist tools, the Klober Roll-Fix Universal Ridge Kit in Anthracite offers a versatile dry ridge and hip ventilation system compatible with most types of concrete and clay ridge/hip tiles. It is lightweight for safe handling and allows vapour to pass through while effectively resisting water and wind.
This kit includes one seal designed for half-round, universal and angle ridge tiles, another seal for third-round and Uni-angle hips, and a self-adhesive butyl strip that ensures a strong and permanent bond.
The roll consists of a polypropylene membrane with a mesh fabric. The lower part of each side flap is UV stable, featuring a coloured aluminium coating. Ideal for new builds and refurbishments, this kit can be fitted to roof pitches between 15° and 45° without harming surrounding materials. It also exhibits high resistance to mould growth and fungal attacks, making for a long-lasting service life comparable to roof structures and finishes.
