Kytun's dry ridge kit is universal and compatible with both concrete and clay ridge tiles. The system can be used to ventilate and mechanically fix ridge tiles in compliance with Mechanical Fixing of Ridge Tiles BS5534. A ridge union bracket has been uniquely designed for easier fixing and the simple system means there are no need for special tools either. This kit is copper in colour and will cover a 5m ridge line.
Using mortar can be time-consuming and messy so opting for a dry ridge system can save time, money and labour. This kit is suitable for universal, half round and angled ridge tiles so it really is wholly universal. It also has the benefit of coming with a 5000mm2/m ventilating vapour permeable roll.
