Manufactured from injection moulded uPVC and polypropylene and available in a range of colour options for seamless and coordinated roofs, this Manthorpe Castellated roof tile vent has an elegant in-line and discreet profile. It has been innovatively designed with a base outlet that feeds directly into the roof space for easy and fast installation.
The tile vent works to solve issues with ventilation of the roof space as well as mechanical extraction and soil stack termination using a 'square top' profile tiled roof. For use at a high or low level, the vent only needs to substitute one tile during installation and prevent roof appearances from looking broken or obstructed.
With a 4mm louvred grill to prevent the presence of insects and bugs as well as an internal weathering geometry, the vent creates a tortured path. It effectively maintains a 10,000mm² of airflow whilst simultaneously directing any water ingress out to the roof covering.

You only attached the pipe if it's being fitted with a mechanical extraction. Pipes and adaptors are sold separately.
