Designed to firmly secure and mechanically fix ridge tiles, the Manthorpe GDRR-CL Roll-Out Clay Ridge Pack is compatible with duo-pitch roofs featuring slopes ranging from 15° to 45°. In contrast to traditional mortar-fixing methods, the GDRR-CL system offers a quick, hassle-free and neat installation process that doesn't require specialised tools.
Its mortar-free design enables comprehensive installations even in frosty or severe weather conditions, and it also offers 5,000mm²/m of ventilation to the batten void or roof space through the vent roll, which is equivalent to maintaining a continuous 5mm gap.
This system is particularly well-suited for traditionally deeper clay ridge tiles, whether they are round or angled, and it is also for use with concrete ridge tiles as well as a variety of slate, clay, and concrete roof coverings, including profiled tiles. Moreover, it seamlessly complements Manthorpe's Ridge End Caps, SmartVerge and Linear Dry Verge systems, making it a versatile choice for roofing projects.
One box delivers all the components for a 6m ridge run with 450mm long tiles (excludes tiles). There are also additional unions available to suit shorter ridge tiles.
