Available in a satisfying range of colours, these Modern Interlocking Concrete Roof Tiles from Marley come in pallets of 192. As well as being sustainable and cost-effective, these tiles have smooth profiles and interlocking designs, alongside an optimised slate-like appearance with necessary broken bond laying patterns.
A brilliant substitute for slate, these Modern concrete roof tiles are low in environmental impact and simple to install. Sturdy and durable, they can be fastened with the recommended 50mm x 3.35mm tile nails and have a Covering Capacity (Net, Roof) of 9.9 tiles/m² at 75mm headlap and 10.7 tiles/m² at 100mm headlap.
These Marley tiles have been A+ rated in the BRE Green Guide (based on generic rating for UK-produced concrete interlocking tiles Element Refs - 812410007, 812410018, 812410049) and are BES 6001 Responsible Sourcing certified.
At a 75mm headlap, 2.9 linear metres per m² (Net, Roof) are required and 3.1 linear metres per m² are required at a 100mm headlap. It is also advised that you employ batten sizes of 38mm x 25mm for rafters and/or supports that do not exceed 450mm centres and 50mm x 25mm for rafters and/or supports that do not exceed 600mm centres (both fixed to BS 5534).
