Description

The setting process will occur after five to ten minutes, giving you time to apply your adhesive evenly to the two surfaces and clamp them together. The adhesive should achieve full bond strength after just thirty minutes, ensuring a quick and hassle-free application.

Suitable as both a filling agent and a sealer between boards for both 6mm floor overlays and 12mm wallboards, NoMorePly's Mega Strength Adhesive is completely transparent and will cover approximately 3.6m² per cartridge. For a firm and secure bond, one of the surfaces must be porous. If required, roughen the second surface to provide a better key for adhesion.

Please note:

Mega Strength will expand as it is applied and, therefore, must be used in conjunction with screws when installing 6mm NoMorePly as an overlay to an existing floor substrate.
Always wear gloves when handling Mega Strength adhesive.
Ensure that the area is free from contaminants such as dust, grease and dirt.
When using Mega Strength adhesive to seal between NoMorePly boards, the adhesive will expand and foam slightly. This reaction is due to the nature of PU adhesive. You should remove any excess adhesive with acetone, and if it has already set solid, you can remove this with a sharp chisel.
