This range of Plain uPVC Soffit Boards is an ideal solution for various applications around your home. Featuring a flat 9mm thick profile and showcasing a smooth, low-maintenance surface that will provide an attractive and professional finish to your project, these boards are longer-lasting than traditional materials, making them a great investment for any project.
Available in a finish of White, Anthracite Grey or Black Ash, these soffit boards are guaranteed to retain their colour for years to come. While the White boards come with a 20-year guarantee against discolouration, warping, and cracking the Anthracite Grey and Black Ash options have a 10-year guarantee. Not only this but these boards are also supplied with a protective removable film to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Installing these boards is easy, and they are fully compatible with Eurocell's fascia systems for an exact colour match. Once installed, they require no further maintenance other than the occasional wash down with a non-scratch, mild detergent and water. Resistant to most acids and alkalis, these boards should be handled with care when in contact with creosote or bitumen-based products, which can cause staining.
These soffit boards have been tested to BS476 Part7:1997 Class 1 surface spread of fire and BS1006 / 1990 Part A03 for colour change. These tests were undertaken by BSI Testing and resulted in an actual classification of 4/5 (where 1= most change and 5 = least change).
