Description

Suitable for a wide range of applications, this Resitrix SK W Full Bond EPDM can be fitted beneath roof gardens (biodiverse, extensive or intensive greenery), for a fully bonded or exposed system or any kind of living roof system to construct "living on the roof" sections. The upper side of this sheet is an EPDM waterproofing layer with a special integral bonding course. Featuring a textured, non-slip surface that is exceptionally elastic and highly UV-resistant, this Resitrix EPDM is perfect as an exposed roofing material. With glass-fibre reinforcement removing the risk of shrinkage, this material is incredibly stable.

The bottom layer of this membrane is made from polymer-modified bitumen, which is especially easy to warm, making seam welding a straightforward process without the need for naked flames. With a removable release film on the underside of this sheet, this self-adhesive sheet stops the membranes from sticking to the substrate before the roofer is ready.
