As an ideal lead replacement, this Koraflex Plus is a universal Flashing System that can be fitted quicker and easier than lead without requiring prefabrication or welding. The composite material delivers a malleable and highly stable solution that can be simply formed to any complex shape and profile.
Functioning just like lead but with the advantage of a fully adhesive butyl backing, this Koraflex Plus flashing delivers durable and reliable adhesion to most building materials, including clay, metal and concrete surfaces with enhanced workability, so no extra adhesive, mortar or mastic are needed. With a grey colour to match lead, you can also choose an alternate colour to coordinate with your roof tiles while blending in to prevent theft.
This flexible covering can be used for solar gutters, roof windows, skylights, valleys, dormers, exterior walls and chimneys. With improved resistance, this flashing is leakproof, watertight and long-lasting. This lead and solvent free flashing solution is more environmentally friendly and does not need any patination oil, therefore preventing any unsightly roof staining.
