Sika 4a Waterstop - 5 Litres
Sika 4a Waterstop is a liquid additive which when mixed with water and cement creates a paste for stopping leaks. Fast setting it is the ideal plug to stop leaks in basements, pits, pools & subways. Suitable for sealing against high water pressure in concrete, rock or masonry, and for use with potable water.
Application:
Thoroughly prepare surfaces to be treated by opening out the defect. Roughen by hacking, needle gunning or grit blasting and remove all loose material.
Use neat or dilute Sika 4a with clean water to meet severity or pressure of the leak, Maximum dilution 1:4 Sika 4a - Clean water.
Always add fresh ordinary Portland cement to the neat or diluted Sika 4a.
Mix rapidly and only in sufficient quantity for immediate use.
Apply straight away using a gloved hand and maintain hand pressure until cement set, do not remix.
