This Montana slate tile boasts a double-sided, water-based acrylic coating, with a double coating of paint applied to the visible side and edges while a coloured layer is applied to the back, followed by a colourless resin layer that resists water absorption. This not only adds extra protection against the elements but also reduces the risk of moss growth thanks to the moss-resistant elements included in the paint.

This SVK Montana Textured Fibre Cement Slate Roof Tile only uses the best raw materials in its manufacturing process, ensuring it is significantly stronger than the European standard (EN 492). Plus, unlike genuine natural slate tiles, SVK's Montana Textured slates are extremely dimensionally consistent in length, width, and thickness, meaning they do not have to be pre-sorted according to colour and shape, saving you valuable time during installation.

Our slates are typically delivered on a six-wheeled lorry (11m long & 2.4m wide) with a tail-lift facility to offload on solid, level ground with a pump truck.
Non-compliance to delivery restrictions may result in additional delivery charges.
Should you specifically require a crane or small vehicle offload, please notify us at the time of placing the order, as an additional charge may be incurred.
Please allow 5% extra in the ordered quantity to cover acceptable breakage in transporting natural slate products.
