No sealer needed, see below from the suppliers data sheet.
'For best results, apply two coats of Quick Drying Drive Seal, allowing 4 hours between coats. Once the second coat has been applied, cars can be parked on the drive after a further 4 hours. However, Quick Drying Drive Seal does not reach its optimum performance levels until after a few days; and should be left overnight before subjecting to heavy use.'

Thompson’s Quick Drying Drive Seal will cover up to 6 m² per litre per coat. Coverage rates will vary with the porosity and roughness of the surface. The level quoted is based on average performances and a site trial is recommended.

So you apply it with a standard paint brush or even a fence panel brush?
Answer:
Use a long pile roller and tray. Pour the paint into the roller tray and fully load your roller. Keep on stirring the paint during use. Paint from the furthest point. Wait 4 hours before applying on a second coat.
Question:
Can this product be used to paint over a concrete driveway ., say two coats to create a non slip finish, and OOK for occasional vehicle traffic??
Answer:
Unfortunately the Thompsons Drive Seal (Black) is only suitable for use on Tarmac, it would lift and peel off concrete.
