This Ubbink Purilan Skylight is both easy to install and fantastic for increasing ventilation and light in pitched roof finishes. With a plastic frame, this skylight is complete with a top hung opening, double glazed light.
For slated roofs up to 7mm and shingle roof coverings, the skylight features integral lower flashing (Ubiflex for Purilan UNV and sheet aluminium for Purilan L models) that eliminates any additional site joints that are tough to seal between the frame and the flashing.
The casement stay works to keep the skylight casement up in three positions. It can also be released from the frame to open the skylight even wider.
