This Ubbink UB41 Universal Ubiflex Service Terminal and Adaptor is ideal for use on pitched roofs with tiles and slates. You don't need to identify the make or design of the tiles or slates to use it. This unit has a streamlined hood on a circular upstand with a 500mm x 500mm Ubiflex non-lead skirt and a stepped adaptor, allowing for connections from 100mm to 160mm diameter ducting.
As a low-line pitched roof service terminal, this unit can be used for roof-level ventilation for 100mm, 110mm, 125m, 150mm and 160mm diameter ducting. You can also terminate a soil and vent pipe where an external pressure test is not required. The Ubiflex skirt flashing allows for fitting into most tile profiles and slates.
With an easy installation process, you just need to cut off the adaptor to the required diameter and attach it to the under-tile spigot with solvent weld or PVC glue.
