The hidden rain sensor within the VELUX INTEGRA flat roof rooflight is an innovative addition that helps ensure the rooflight is always closed during bad weather, even when you’re not in. This means the building can be left empty, but the rooflight is still open to provide ventilation. As soon as the sensor detects rain, it will automatically close, protecting your home from the elements.
This base creates a stunning finish with an invisible sash and slim frame whilst providing your home with as much daylight as possible, even when a blind is installed. The moulded polyurethane frame around a plywood core creates a slim finish, reducing a bulky and unattractive appearance.
VELUX high-performance insulation is integrated into the frame to give the best possible protection against heat loss. This, combined with VELUX's optimised protection against thermal bridges, delivers a warmer, more comfortable home.
Please note a polycarbonate top cover is required for use with this product to create a completely flat roof window system. This frame is suitable for use with all VELUX ISU top covers. This frame is ideal for roof pitches between 0-15°.
