With high-quality pivot hinges, this VELUX centre-pivot window provides seamless operation, and it easily rotates 180° and fixes into position with an in-built barrel bolt so you can safely clean the exterior pane from inside your home. Thanks to the sleek and useful top control bar, you can let fresh air flow into your home through the ventilation flap even when the window is shut while the filter inhibits insects and dust. Featuring VELUX's advanced Thermo-Technology™, it can keep your home cosy and warm while transferring less energy.
You'll be pleased to find that the (70) double glazing provides superior comfort and includes premium features such as toughened glass, safety lamination, VELUX's unique rain noise reduction and a UV filter.
