With click-on covers, this VELUX centre-pivot window is safe, quick and simple to fit while the straightforward red and blue line bracket system helps you to distinguish between standard and recessed installations. Thanks to the handy and streamlined top control bar, you can let fresh air disperse into your home through the ventilation flap even when the window is closed while the filter deters dust and insects. Effortlessly rotating 180° due to the high-quality pivot hinges, it also fixes into position with a built-in barrel bolt so you can easily clean your window from the safety of inside your home.
Perfectly suited for hard-to-reach installations, the electric operation features a wireless wall switch which is straightforward to use as well as an integrated motor which is almost soundless when it's operating. Offering exceptional air flow, interior comfort and home security, it features built-in rain sensors which automatically shut when it begins to rain so you don't have to worry about closing your window when the weather fluctuates.
You'll be delighted to know that the noise reduction glazing (68) includes high-quality features such as a UV filter, safety lamination, extra-strength toughened glass and VELUX's unique rain noise reduction and has three layers of glazing to offer exceptional comfort and energy efficiency. The safety lamination impedes the glass from falling due to accidental breakage while the rain noise reduction diminishes the sound of heavy rainfall against your window by up to 35dB of sound insulation. Not only does it reduce exterior noise, but it also minimises the feeling of cold that enters from a window throughout the winter.
