Question:
We have purchased & installed the electric triple glazed option on one of our projects but have been advised that although we have power to it & the motor can be heard, the window does not open or close ( can you please assist)
Answer:
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your VELUX White Maintenance Free GGU CK04 Centre Pivot INTEGRA Electric Window. While I'm unable to troubleshoot the issue directly, I can suggest a few steps. First, verify that the window is set up correctly according to the product's instructions. If the window motor can be heard, it means the window is receiving power, but it may not be correctly connected to the window mechanism. If the setup appears correct and the window still isn't opening or closing, it's possible there may be an issue with the window's motor or mechanical components. In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to VELUX's customer service directly, as they may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or arrange for a technician to inspect the window if necessary. In the meantime, you can review the product manual for any additional troubleshooting tips. If you do not have the manual, please let us know and we will provide you with a digital copy. I'm sorry I couldn't provide a more immediate solution. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out to us again.
