Advanced Thermo-Technology™ transfers less energy and retains warmth and comfort. VELUX roof windows also succeed with 180° rotation. This movement lets you secure the window into place with the built-in barrel bolt, meaning that wiping down both sides of the glass is incredibly easy. You can air out rooms when windows need to be shut thanks to the clever ventilation flap, and the ventilation filter rejects the ingress of insects and dust.
To reduce the cold and dampen outside noise, VELUX (66) triple glazing provides a toughened outer pane which has the strength to tolerate environmental factors, as well as a UV filter that saves furnishings from sun damage. If the glass breaks, the safety lamination holds it together, so it won't disperse. The great rain noise reduction means your night's sleep will go uninterrupted as the sound of rain pattering against the glass is softened. You can have clear views for less time and effort with the easy-to-clean and anti-dew coatings, being that dirt is repelled and outer dew is diminished. It offers sound insulation of 37dB.
