In just 60 seconds, it can fully open to the fire position when smoke ventilation is activated. It has undergone extensive testing and is compliant with all EU regulations.

Featuring (--70) double glazing, this pitched roof window offers a range of benefits including a UV filter which safeguards your furnishings from harmful UV rays that cause fading, a toughened outer pane which provides added strength and durability against external environmental factors and a safety laminated inner pane which stops glass from falling into your room in the event of accidental breakage. Additionally, with VELUX's unique rain noise reduction, it delivers up to 35dB of sound insulation to minimise noise from heavy rainfall against the window to ensure a peaceful setting.

  • For geometric smoke ventilation, the system is certified to EN ISO12101-2 for roof pitches between 15° and 90°. For aerodynamic smoke ventilation, the system is certified to EN ISO12101-1 for roof pitches between 15° and 60°.
