Thanks to its high-performance Thermo-Technology, this VELUX Conservation window is energy efficient so your home can stay warm while the top control bar with integrated ventilation allows you to air out your room even when the window is closed. This top hung window is manually operated with a handle at the bottom and offers undisturbed panoramic views. With premium pivot hinges, it gives seamless movement and, for easy cleaning from inside, it rotates 180° and secures into position with the built-in barrel bolt.
Provided with an insulation collar (BDX) for minimising heat loss and eliminating cold bridges and an underfelt collar (BFX) to create a watertight seal, this VELUX Conservation roof window also comes with EDN recessed flashing which is suitable for use with slate up to 8mm thick. Thanks to the recessed flashing, your roof window will have a streamlined and elegant finish and can fit 40mm deeper into the structure to minimise protrusion above the roofline. With click-on covers and a blue line level signifying where to place your brackets, installation is straightforward, safe and quick.
