VELUX’s own size charts specify which window sizes meet Emergency Escape requirements, and although some top‑hung GPL models do qualify, the FFKF08 (188×140 cm) 3‑in‑1 configuration is not listed as an escape‑compliant size.
This model is designed for daylight and ventilation, not for providing the minimum clear opening required for escape under Building Regulations Part B.
