With (--59) glazing as standard, this cold room window has toughened glass for additional strength to protect against external environmental forces. Manufactured from maintenance-free aluminium and polyurethane, it also comes with integrated flashing.
Featuring a patented opening restrictor which engages and secures the window at 90° only, this VELUX rooflight is handle-operated with three ventilation positions for a continuous low-level of air flow. Its extruded aluminium sash can be hinged and opened on both sides at a 90° angle. Suitable for use on roof pitches from 20° up to 65°, it has a sleek black external and internal finish.

I'm sorry, but VELUX does not currently offer a blackout blind for the GVT 103 0059Z Side Hung Outward Opening Rooflight. The design of the window, which is intended to provide roof access and light in uninhabited attic spaces, makes it unsuitable for use with blinds.
