Description
These discs have been specially designed to improve drainage even at these very low heights.
These circular pads are manufactured from PVC into 150mm diameter discs. The upper surface is moulded into a series of circular ridges and grooves which encourages the rainwater to run off the surface of the pad. Water will not be held on the surface of the disc, which means there is less risk of standing water affecting the timber joists in the long term.
The TD headpiece has side bars 60mm apart, meaning a standard 2” / 50mm wide timber joist can be placed between the bars. The joists will form a framework structure for the decking system and the decking planks are fixed to that framework.
These pads are ideal for areas where a very tight height threshold is present, for example, on refurbishment projects. In certain circumstances it may be easier to simply overlay the existing surface with a new layer of decking rather than take everything up, and with the 7mm discs this is possible.
As with all the Wallbarn supports range there is no mechanical fixing required, the surface is secured by the weight of the deck itself. This leads to easier, cheaper and faster installation and makes post-installation site inspection or leak detection much easier.

Hi , I want use joist pads on a felt flat . Do they come with a rubber pad on bottom
Answer:
These do not have a rubber pad underneath but should still be suitable for use on a felt roof.

What is the the suggested span of decking joists between the pads - for domestic use.
Answer:
You would want to use a support at least every 400mm along your decking joists.

Is the height adjustable?
Answer:
No this is a fixed pad no adjustment.

What is the height of the whole product?
Answer:
This item is 7mm thick and the lugs are 15mm high, so including the lugs on top 22mm high.
Question:
CAn this bracket hold 4x2 Batons on there flat. Or have you a similar product that will. Using for decking on top of concrete but have already bought 4x2
Answer:
The distance bwteen the lugs on these is 60mm so the 50mm side should fit snugly enough in the slot.
Question:
Please can you tell me what the lifespan of this product is?
Answer:
These are made from PVC so we would expect them to last well in excess of 25-30 years.
