Fabricated from high-impact PVC in the colour black, this Flavent PVC Flat Roof Cable Outlet Kit from Klober can be fixed onto PVC and bitumen roof membranes. With high UV stability and impressive weather resistance to frost, it protects pipes and cables on flat roofs no matter the weather.

Allowing for a sealed penetration and weathertight seal, Flavent outlet kits ensure roofs remain efficient and weatherproof. This 70mm outlet kit protects your roof and the cables going through it and comes equipped with a B2 fire rating.

  • This flat roof cable outlet must be installed at least 300mm away from any other roof penetrations and roof edges.
  • Where flat roofs have high or unusual amounts of thermal insulation in the build-up, an optional pipe extension can be purchased.

It's better practice to fit under the felt - But you could mechanically fix and seal it on top if you needed to.
