This mortar-free Dry Roll Fix Kit System for most concrete hips comes in a convenient 5m pack with all the accessories required. The ridge seal features fixed lugs for seamless installations without any additional tools. The lightweight kit is safe and easy to handle and can be used for new builds and refurbishments with roof pitches from 15 to 45 degrees.

The anthracite-coloured premium ridge roll with stainless steel fixings is vapour-permeable and wind and water-resistant. The polypropylene membrane with a mesh fabric includes side flaps, each with bottom portions that have UV-stable coloured aluminium coatings.

  • 75mm minimum lap
  • For new builds and refurbishments with pitches from 15° to 45°
  • For most concrete hips
  • +5°C to +40°C installation temperature and -20°C to +80°C temperature resistance

The kit's durability results in a service life like that of roof structure and finishes. It is also highly resistant to mould growth and damage caused by fungal attacks.

  • 25 x Cro clips
  • 12 x Hip support trays (470mm)
  • 11 x Nail plates

Standards & Certification

  • Complies with: BS 5250 for ventilation, BS 8612 for performance and BS 5534 for mechanical fixing
  • Manufacturing: DIN 4108/3

Please note:

  • Where lugs do not interfere, this kit can be used on clay hop tiles when used with a clay conversion kit.
  • Ridge spacers need to be purchased separately for Flat tiles 22 per pack.
