This Klober Roll-Fix Universal Kit in Terracotta delivers continuous 5mm high-level ventilation and is suitable for ventilating most clay and concrete hip and ridge tiles. Ideal for pitches from 15° to 45° across new builds and refurbishments, it is lightweight, safe to handle and quick and easy to install in different weather conditions without special tools or mortar.
As a practical all-in-one kit, it includes a seal for half-round, universal and angle ridge tiles and a seal for third-round and Uni-angle hips. Featuring a self-adhesive butyl strip that ensures a permanently strong bond, this kit also includes a premium ridge roll with fixings made from stainless steel. The ridge roll is a polypropylene membrane with a mesh fabric, and the lower portions of each side flap have a UV-stable coloured aluminium coating.
With high durability and no detrimental effects on nearby components and materials, this kit has a similar life expectancy to the roof structure and finishes. It is exceptionally resistant to fungal attacks and mould growth and can withstand winds and water while remaining vapour permeable.
