A standout product on the market, Permo air is a superior air-permeable underlay in terms of breathability and low vapour resistance. Being at least 13% more breathable than opposing 'air open' underlays, it serves as the optimal choice in situations where there is a considerable likelihood of condensation developing in the roof area.
Breather membranes with air permeability enable the passage of both air and water vapour through the membrane. This eliminates the need for extra ventilation in roofing and effectively minimises condensation accumulation within the roof structure, especially during the drying out period.
Suitable for cold and warm roof applications, this type LR underlay is hydrophobically treated and includes a durable three-layer material. It offers superior nail tear strength, four months of UV stability, and is completely recyclable.
