From Ubbink, this UB62 Mini Castellated In-line Roof Tile Vent suits all roof pitches above 25°. It's available in a selection of favourable colours, so you can ensure your roof tile vent seamlessly blends into your roof design without flaw. High-performing to enable ventilation of the roof space at high or low levels, this roof tile vent can successfully substitute other forms of ventilation, such as abutment, dry ridge and eaves systems. It is equally compatible with compartmental roof spaces, like firewalls.
You can incorporate a stepped adaptor for mechanical extraction or use with soil pipes when eliminating foul air. This roof tile vent provides 15,000mm² of free vent area and restricts access for insects and vermin with the grille.
