This VELUX smoke ventilation system includes all the necessary components for a complete installation such as a wall control unit (KFX 210), break glass point and smoke sensor. It also comes with an EDL flashing kit which is suitable for flat roofing materials up to 8mm thick, including roofing felt, membranes and slate.
