With a two-window triple glazed design and left-hand opening, this VELUX twin roof terrace is intended for use with 8mm thick slates and 35° to 53° pitched roofs. Both kind on the eyes and easy to access, this 1580mm wide x 2450mm high balcony/terrace is supplied with all the appropriate flashings and standard sized EEX rail supports.
Adding to the aesthetic integrity, this terrace system comes with a triple-coated Nordic pine finish on the interior and a grey aluminium finish on the exterior to further modernity and contemporary style. It opens up spaces and increases fresh airflow, all the while delivering a uValue of 1.4W/m²K and a 35dB sound reduction.
This system offers a 45° opening VEB M35 Left Hung Vertical VELUX Window and two M08 Top Hung VELUX Windows that open together for great access. It also includes one VEC M35 Fixed Vertical VELUX Window and one EBY W10 3100 Trimmer.
