Providing seamless movement thanks to the high-quality pivot hinges, this VELUX centre-pivot window effortlessly rotates 180° and secures into place with a built-in barrel bolt so you can clean the outer pane from the safety of inside your home. With a convenient yet elegant top control bar, you can allow fresh air to flow into your home through the ventilation flap even when the window is closed while the filter stops insects and dust.
With electric operation, this VELUX centre-pivot window delivers outstanding interior comfort, fresh air and home security for optimal convenience and features an easy-to-use wireless wall switch. This makes it perfectly suited for out-of-reach installations. Including built-in rain sensors which shut the window automatically when it rains, it ensures you can air out your room without worrying about if the weather is going to change.
