Ideal for transforming your small room with plenty of daylight, it includes click-on covers which ensure a speedy, easy and safe installation.
With a straightforward red and blue line bracket system, you can distinguish between standard and recessed installations. Providing seamless movement thanks to the high-quality pivot hinges, this VELUX centre-pivot window effortlessly rotates 180° and secures into place with a built-in barrel bolt so you can clean the outer pane from the safety of inside your home. With a convenient yet elegant top control bar, you can allow fresh air to flow into your home through the ventilation flap even when the window is closed while the filter stops insects and dust.
With electric operation, this VELUX centre-pivot window delivers outstanding interior comfort, fresh air and home security for optimal convenience and features an easy-to-use wireless wall switch. This makes it perfectly suited for out-of-reach installations. Including built-in rain sensors which shut the window automatically when it rains, it ensures you can air out your room without worrying about if the weather is going to change. It also has the benefit of a fully integrated motor which functions with almost no sound.
What's more, the (70) double glazing offers great comfort and boasts quality features including a UV filter, VELUX's unique rain noise reduction, safety lamination and toughened glass. The rain noise reduction helps to ensure a peaceful night's sleep without heavy rain noise on the window with up to 35dB sound insulation while the UV filter safeguards your furnishings against harmful UV rays which can cause fading. The toughened glass offers extra strength to the outer pane to protect against external environmental factors while the safety lamination inhibits the glass from falling if it were to accidentally break.
